While I'm sharing recipes....

Pesto (it doesn't get easier than this):

2 cups of basil, packed
1/2 cup of parmesan
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup of pine nuts (folks say you can substitute walnuts ??)
3 medium cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Dump in a food processor and whirl until you like the way it looks.
Toss with pasta for immediate gratification or freeze for delayed gratification (it freezes well).
