Thank goodness I started hoarding canned pumpkin a month or so ago. Apparently there is a shortage (see article above)...my husband requires one whole 9 inch pie to himself and assures me he could eat pumpkin pie every week without tiring of it....looks like I have enough for about 7 weeks, too bad he will have to share.I guess that weird OCD-thing where I buy two of everything paid off this time....only I have 7. How did that happen?
