My Japhy J died on Tuesday and I need some time to grieve. This is the last pic I took of him just a few weeks back.I'm sobbing as I write this.....don't ever let anyone say "it was just a dog"....Love is love, and grief is grief and it feels the same whether it is for an human or an animal.

And you're right. Whether its a person or a pet, it still hurts the same.
I am so, so sorry. I am crying with you. It hurts SO badly.
