Jimmy Jam, Flim Flam

This time, apricot jam. I'm really enjoying making jam this year. This time I made it with my mom at her house. Two batches. Lovely.

Our garden is producing, but not in the quantities that we would like. We are having fresh veggies each night, but our plants look sickly and I get so easily discouraged. Having jam success makes it a little better, but I would LOVE to be able to can and freeze from my garden, saving it for later.
