Peach Sangria Recipe, sort of....

While on vacation I had a sangria that was AMAZING. Once home, I tried to recreate it and was pretty successful. Here's what I did:

1/4 cup of lemon juice
3/4 cup of sugar
2 peaches cubed
Put all of this in a saucepan, dissolve the sugar, bring it to a boil, and stir to bruise the peaches.
Pour this syrup in a pitcher then add a bottle of wine. I used Mad Housewife chardonnay because it fit my criteria of cool label and cheap price. Let it sit overnight in the fridge. The next evening you can pour it over ice, garnish, and enjoy. It was even better the night after that.....
