Just this once I thought I would read the instructions about how I should plant my potatoes. I even used a ruler to get the spacing right. The hubs planted onions, radishes and lettuce. I got to do the potatoes. This is the first homestead garden here at Owl Tree Farm and I don't want to get my hopes too high. The soil needs a little work, and of course culling out beds in the middle of the prairie is going to be long and arduous, but gardens are hope and that makes them worth the work.
